Dawber Williamson Ceilings are proud to be involved in one of the largest redevelopment projects in the City of Hull of the former Queens Garden Police Station which will see the building converted into 94 luxury apartments consisting of 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 2/3-bedroom duplex apartments. Our works consist of supply & fit of all partition/drylining walls, MF ceilings, plastering and fire stopping works. Our works package saw the complition of our works on the project during the 16 month contract.
Queens Gardens Apartments will provide luxury city centre living in the heart of Queens Gardens, Hull City Centre. The apartments provide a range of leisure and lifestyle facilities such as a private cinema room, an on-site gym and a communal courtyard with parking facilities. The duplex apartments are all designed with access to private terraces. All apartments have been designed as dual aspect apartments with views to both the north and south setting of Queens Gardens. The redevelopment of the site plays a critical role in extending the quality of the Georgian New Town Quarter in the city centre.
